Role Overview
As part of the Circular Action Alliance IT Infrastructure team, you will help improve our backend IT infrastructure environments, including Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Power BI, Azure Fabric, and development initiatives. You will work with leaders across the company to design architectures and manage products. You will also have the opportunity to implement solutions. In this role, you are expected to be a proactive thinker, always looking for ways to improve security, automation, and processes. You will join a talented team that supports the global infrastructure architecture and the transition into operations.
Key Responsibilities
Administration of M365 Services: Copilot/Agents, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power BI, Docusign and Kiteworks
Solid working knowledge of Azure Services and Integrations
Assess the existing environment to identify improvements
Evaluate new technologies and trends to make recommendations on how they can be implemented to impact the company positively
Design solutions and lead staff in the implementation of the designs through mentorship and guidance
Provide a bridge between technical staff and business leadership
Increase efficiency within the IT department through streamlining and automating processes
Provide technical direction on system implementation
Drive plans for the integration of new infrastructure systems
Drive virtual infrastructure design and implementation
Collaborates with the IT Operations Architect to implement platform standards, reference architectures, and operational best practices.
Ensure infrastructure designs incorporate a security-first approach

Qualifications
5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and/or managing enterprise IT systems
3+ years in administering the M365/Azure infrastructure in medium to large enterprise environments
MS Certifications welcome
Working knowledge of server, and cloud architectures
Experience with large-scale implementations and integrations of corporate IT systems
Experience with environments leveraging cloud components in Azure
Compensation & Other Information
Location: Remote from the United States of America
Pay Rate: Based on a variety of factors in accordance with applicable law including the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and experience.
