**Description:**
We're a traffic management company based in South Australia, currently pursuing combined ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) certification for the first time.
We need an experienced ISO consultant to prepare us for certification — essentially handling the documentation and system build on our behalf so we're fully audit-ready.
**Scope of work:**
- Gap analysis against ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements
- Development of our Quality, Environmental & OHS management system documentation: manuals, policies, procedures, registers and forms, tailored to how our business actually operates (not generic templates)
- Support with internal audit / readiness review before the external certification audit
- Guidance on implementation across our office and field crews
**Important notes:**
- We already have a certification body lined up for our external Stage 1/Stage 2 audits. We need a consultant who is **independent from our certifier**.
- We use Microsoft 365 (SharePoint/Teams) day to day, so a documentation system that fits with that is a bonus.
- Traffic management / civil / construction industry experience is highly preferred, along with solid knowledge of Australian WHS and environmental legislation.
**Deliverables:**
- Complete, audit-ready ISO 9001 + 14001 + 45001 documentation set
- A clear readiness assessment confirming we're prepared for the Stage 1 audit
**Timeline:** Open, but please quote your realistic turnaround time — we'd like to move as quickly as practical.
