Islamic Prayer & Quran Website

I need a clean, modern website dedicated to Islam that helps visitors check accurate daily prayer times and explore the Qur’an in depth. The core of the project is two-fold: an automatically updated prayer-time schedule (calculated by location) and a rich Quran section that lets users read the entire text in Arabic alongside reliable translations, with the option to stream audio recitations later if we decide to expand.

Please outline, in a detailed project proposal, how you will:

• integrate a reputable prayer-time API and allow location detection or manual city entry;
• build an intuitive Quran reader that supports multiple translations and bookmarking;
• design a lightweight, mobile-first interface that stays fast even on low bandwidth;
• secure the site and provide an admin area where I can edit content and adjust calculation methods.

Tell me which tech stack you recommend, your estimated timeline with milestones, and examples of similar faith-based or content-heavy sites you have delivered. A working demo or wireframe will strengthen your bid. I will supply branding assets once we agree on the structure, and I expect full source code plus hand-over documentation on completion.
