Ireland Healthcare Recruitment Support Needed

I’m looking for a recruiter who already works closely with Irish employers and can help me obtain a full-time Healthcare Assistant position in Health or nursing-home settings. My main objective is not only to land the job but also to secure the accompanying work permit, so I need someone familiar with the employment permit application flow, sponsorship paperwork and the latest Department of Enterprise guidelines.

I’m open to any county in Ireland, so location flexibility should widen the pool of potential employers you introduce. I will provide up-to-date CV, references and proof of relevant caregiving experience as soon as we connect; in return I need you to present real vacancies, coordinate interviews and guide the sponsorship process through to final visa approval.

An ideal collaboration ends with:
• a signed job offer from an Irish employer,
• a successfully lodged (and ultimately approved) General or Critical Skills Employment Permit, and
• clear next-step instructions for travel and onboarding.
