iPhone Battery Flex Testing Analysis

I’m running a series of embedded-system tests on iPhone battery flex cables and I need a specialist who already works hands-on with iPhone hardware repair to help me turn raw sensor readings into clear, actionable insights. The rig and fixtures are in place; what’s missing is a reliable workflow for collecting the data, cleaning it, and drawing conclusions on battery health and flex integrity.

The Goal is very Simple
we have to analyze the battery flex of iphone 12 series or any from 12 to 14 avialable, the test require to check if we replace the original battery with other alternative batteries why the pop up warning appear on the iphone where this pop data store. as per our knowldge it store in IC SN7037 which is attached with the flex normally .so just require to conduct test evaluate the ic get the battery cycle data thats it.
