IoT Control PCB Design ASAP

I need a compact, production-ready PCB that can reliably drive external loads—lights, small motors, or relay banks—while fitting into an IoT ecosystem. The board’s core job is control, not sensing: think solid-state switching, relay drivers, and the right isolation so my cloud application can toggle outputs from anywhere.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Complete schematic and PCB layout created in a mainstream tool such as Altium, KiCad, or Eagle.
• Gerber files, drill files, and an up-to-date BOM ready for immediate fabrication.
• Brief design notes that explain component choices, pin mapping, and how firmware will interface with the outputs.

Because timing is critical, include a concise yet detailed project proposal outlining your design approach, estimated component lead times, and how quickly you can deliver each milestone. If you have ready-to-share examples of similar control boards, mention them so I can gauge fit quickly.
