The objective is to detect machine states (OFF, IDLE and RUNNING) and record their operating times using an ESP32.
We want a non-invasive current measurement solution. The machine has an incoming AC supply through a stabilizer, which is converted internally to DC for the motor.
I need help with:
Selecting the correct AC/DC current sensor.
Designing the sensor interfacing and signal-conditioning circuit.
Preparing the complete hardware BOM and wiring diagram.
Testing the setup to distinguish OFF, IDLE and RUNNING states.
I already have an ESP32 DevKit and some basic electronics components.
Could you help validate and build a working hardware prototype? Please share your experience and estimated charges.
