I want to launch an iOS-only app that lets small “squads” of friends or co-workers set goals together and hold one another accountable. The core flow is simple: users create or join a squad, set individual or shared goals with clear deadlines, track their day-to-day progress, and nudge one another with in-app reminders when someone falls behind.

Key functions I need built in:
• Goal creation with target dates and optional subtasks
• Visual progress tracking (percent complete, streaks, graphs)
• Private squad spaces where members can see each other’s progress in real time
• Peer-to-peer reminders a member can fire off to another member inside the same squad
• Secure email-and-password sign-up and sign-in

Everything should feel lightweight and fast, following Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines. A clean Swift or SwiftUI codebase that I can extend later is ideal, and any backend you choose must comfortably handle real-time updates for small groups.

Acceptance criteria:
• App passes TestFlight review with no crashes on current iOS version
• All features above are functional and persist correctly after relaunch
• Source code, build instructions, and a brief README are delivered at hand-off

If this sounds straightforward to you and you have recent iOS apps in the Store you can reference, let’s talk timelines and the best tech stack to hit these goals.
