iOS Real Estate App Redesign

I’m ready to give my current iOS real-estate app a complete visual and usability overhaul. The goal is to present listings in an immersive, 3-dimensional style that feels modern, intuitive, and distinctly premium. Every screen—from the first launch to the property detail view—should be re-imagined so users can explore, compare, and contact agents with zero friction.

Here’s what I need from you:

• A fresh IA and user flow that simplify discovery without stripping existing features.
• High-fidelity, 3D-inspired UI mock-ups created in Figma (or Sketch), including all states and micro-interactions.
• Interactive prototype (iPhone sizes) demonstrating transitions, parallax, or other subtle 3D touches such as rotatable floor plans.
• Complete hand-off package: component library, color/typography tokens, exported assets, and notes for my iOS devs—ready to drop into Xcode.

Acceptance criteria
1. Consistent design language across every screen.
2. Prototype shows fluid, 60 fps interactions on actual hardware.
3. Assets arrive neatly organized, labelled, and sized for iOS.
