iOS Pet Management App Build

I already have a fully-functional pet management app on Android and now need the same experience brought to iOS. The Android version was built on Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP), so the shared code can likely be reused—but I’m open to starting from scratch if that proves wiser. Let’s evaluate both options together and settle on the most efficient approach.

Must-have functionality

• Health monitoring

The iOS interface should mirror the current Android design so users feel instantly familiar. I’ll provide the existing APK, Figma screens, and full access to the KMP repository once we agree on the direction.

Key points I’d like covered in your proposal:
• How you would assess and, if feasible, integrate the existing KMP modules into Xcode
• Any adjustments needed to achieve true Apple-centric look-and-feel while still matching the Android layout
• Your timeline from kickoff to TestFlight delivery, including recommended milestones for feature parity, QA, and App Store submission
