iOS Android Ride Booking App

I want to bring a straightforward ride-booking idea to life: users open the app, set pickup and drop-off points, and instantly secure an individual ride. Nothing fancy like car-pooling or luxury tiers—just reliable, on-demand transportation. I will launch on both iOS and Android at the same time, so a single codebase (Flutter, React Native, or similar) is preferred, though I’m open to fully native builds if you can justify the benefit.
The flow should feel as frictionless as the big names: live map, real-time ETA, fare estimate before confirmation, in-app wallet or card payment, and a clean trip history. A lightweight driver interface and a small web-based admin dashboard will round out the ecosystem so I can manage drivers, rides, and payouts without extra tools.
Deliverables
• Production-ready iOS and Android apps uploaded to the stores
• Secure backend (Firebase, AWS, or equivalent) with APIs for ride creation, driver matching, notifications, and payments
• Web admin panel for ride, driver, and payout oversight
• Full source code, build instructions, and one post-launch bug-fix cycle
If you’ve built ride-sharing or logistics apps before, show me—and include your preferred tech stack and timeline for an MVP. Clean code, solid testing, and clear communication are a must.
