Invoice Figures Online Entry

I need all the numeric figures that sit in my existing spreadsheets—values pulled from invoices, cash-register receipts, and internal reports—re-keyed into our secure web-based system. You will copy each amount exactly as it appears, follow the on-screen field order, and hit the built-in save/validate button so every line is logged correctly.

The source files are already organised in cloud folders; you will simply open a sheet, locate the required column, and transfer the numbers to the matching fields on the site. No formulas or complex formatting are involved, but absolute accuracy is essential because these totals feed our financial dashboard.

I will supply:
• read-only links to the spreadsheets,
• login credentials for the website,
• short written guidelines on naming conventions and the in-form validation check.

Acceptance criteria:
• 100 % of the numbers from each sheet appear in the online system with no transcription errors (spot-checked against the originals),
• the site’s built-in completion report shows zero missing fields,
• work is delivered within the timeline we agree together.

If you are methodical, quick with keyboard shortcuts, and comfortable working directly in a browser interface, this should be a straightforward assignment.
