Invoice Discount Settlement

I need help closing out a discounted invoice issued under Indosaku Official on behalf of Riza Dwi Hapsari. The discount has already been agreed; what remains is to arrange the final payment by bank transfer, double-check the figures and prepare a brief confirmation packet for our records.

Here’s what I expect:
• Re-calculate the net amount after the agreed discount and lay it out clearly (subtotal, discount, grand total).
• Prepare the transfer instruction sheet with the correct beneficiary details so I can forward it to my bank.
• Once the transfer is done, compile a concise confirmation that includes only the sender’s name, because that is the single item we need to show internally.
• Forward the final confirmation PDF back to me and make sure every figure matches the invoice and discount terms.

Bank transfer is my chosen payment route; if any supplementary method ever becomes necessary I will advise, but for now please proceed assuming only a standard inter-bank transfer.

Accuracy is critical here, so a quick double-check of the math and the document layout before returning it will be greatly appreciated.
