Invoice Data Entry into Excel

I have a batch of scanned invoices that need to be turned into a clean, well-structured Excel (.xlsx) file. Every invoice must be reviewed and its key details transferred accurately—no automated OCR shortcuts this time; I need human-verified precision.
Here is exactly what the spreadsheet must contain for each invoice:
• Invoice number and date
• Full item descriptions with their quantities
• Total amounts, including any tax information
I will provide the scans as high-resolution PDFs. You create the Excel file, arrange one row per invoice (or a logical multi-row layout if itemised lines require it), and double-check that all figures add up exactly to what appears on the source documents. Before final hand-over, please spot-check for data consistency and obvious input errors.
Deliverable: a single, ready-to-use .xlsx file that I can sort, filter, and run pivots on immediately.
If you’re detail-oriented and comfortable working with financial data, this should be straightforward. Accuracy is more important to me than speed, but I’d still like an estimated turnaround once you see the total page count.
