Investor Research & Outreach Assistant

I’m looking for a freelancer to help with targeted investor outreach for an early-stage advanced materials / industrial technology startup.

I will provide a list of 10–15 priority investors. This is not mass outreach.

Your tasks

For each investor:

* Research their role, investment focus, and relevant portfolio companies
* Find professional email / LinkedIn
* Identify 1–2 specific personalization points
* Adapt my existing outreach template
* Track outreach and follow-ups in a spreadsheet
* Follow up after 5–7 days if needed
* Help schedule meetings when someone responds

You do not need to write completely custom emails from scratch or conduct extensive research. I will provide the target list, core pitch, and messaging.

Project

Initial paid pilot: 10–15 investors over 2 weeks.

If successful, there will be ongoing work with a larger target list.

Ideal Candidate

Experience with investor research, VC research, lead generation, or startup outreach is preferred.

Tools such as LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, Clay, Sales Navigator, etc. are useful.
