To expand our presence across the DACH region, we are looking for an experienced and well-connected professional to help build our fundraising and investor relations activities in the areas of FinTech, Artificial Intelligence ESG, and digital business models.
Tasks
As Fundraising & Investor Relations DACH, you will play a key role in identifying high-potential startups and growth companies, securing fundraising mandates, and connecting them with suitable investors.
Your responsibilities include:
Identify and approach promising startups and growth companies in the DACH region seeking Seed or Series A funding
Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential fundraising mandates
Conduct initial founder discussions and assess business models, pitch decks, financial models, market potential, and team quality
Position Avertis Group as a professional fundraising and capital advisory partner
Activate and expand your existing investor network across venture capital funds, family offices, business angels, high-net-worth individuals, corporate venture arms, and strategic investors
Match selected companies with the right investor profiles and coordinate targeted investor introductions
Support the full fundraising process, including investor outreach, preparation of investor materials, due diligence coordination, term sheet discussions, and closing support
Build long-term relationships with founders, investors, family offices, and strategic partners
Introduce qualified investors, HNWIs and family offices
PROFILE:
You ideally have experience in one or more of the following areas:

Requirements
We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial and well-connected professional with a strong background in fundraising, venture capital, corporate finance, investment banking, or private markets.
Your profile:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in venture capital, investment banking, corporate finance, fundraising advisory, M&A, private markets, or a comparable field
Proven track record in supporting, advising or executing Seed and Series A financing rounds
Existing and active investor network across the DACH region, especially with venture capital funds, family offices, business angels, high-net-worth individuals, or strategic investors
Strong understanding of technology-driven startups, digital business models, investor expectations, and fundraising processes
Experience or strong interest in FinTech, Artificial Intelligence, Health Care and Real estate
Ability to assess business models, market opportunities, financial structures, and fundraising readiness professionally
Confident communication with founders, investors, and institutional partners
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
Independent, entrepreneurial, performance-driven, and highly reliable working style
Strong relationship-building skills and a professional presence in investor-facing situations
Important: Applications without verifiable experience in venture capital, fundraising, corporate finance, investment banking, or startup financing cannot be considered. An existing investor network is a central requirement for this role.
