I need a detailed, realistic illustration of an entire farm that I can drop straight into an investor deck. The drawing must feel true-to-life—think accurate proportions, believable textures, and practical placement—while still reading clearly when projected on a screen or printed at A3.

Key features to map: expansive crop and field sections, well-organised livestock zones, and the main farmhouse with its supporting outbuildings. I’m leaning toward a calm, neutral palette to keep the focus on land use and ROI rather than flashy colours, so please avoid bright or cartoon tones.

Please build the layout at a scale that can be delivered both as a high-resolution PDF (for print) and an editable file—Illustrator, Photoshop, or a layered PSD/SVG are all fine—so I can tweak labels later if investors ask for extra data.

When you send the first draft, I’ll review placement of each element against our acreage numbers and provide any tweaks. Final acceptance hinges on clarity, accuracy to my acreage notes, and the neutral colour harmony described above.
