My company is ready to raise external capital and I need end-to-end support from a seasoned fundraising consultant.

The scope is two-fold:

1. Crafting investor-ready materials
• A concise yet compelling business plan that clearly communicates our value proposition and growth strategy.
• Robust financial projections, complete with assumptions, sensitivity analysis, and tidy Excel models I can update myself.
• A market analysis that backs every claim with data and competitive insight.
• Three pitch-deck variants: a 60-second elevator deck, a full investor presentation, and a short product demo deck. All should be designed in PowerPoint or Google Slides, visually consistent with our brand, and accompanied by speaker notes.

2. Investor identification & meetings
• Research and compile a targeted list of angels, seed funds, and early-stage VCs whose theses align with our sector and ticket size.
• Craft personalised outreach messages, manage introductions, and secure initial calls or meetings. I expect status updates and a simple CRM log so we can track progress together.

Acceptance criteria
• All documents delivered in editable formats (PPTX/Slides and XLSX).
• Data sources cited within the market analysis.
• Financial model balances and ties through all statements.
• Minimum of ten qualified investor meetings scheduled.
