Fundraising Partner / Investment Consultant – ₹5–10 Crore Funding

Marathe CredCare Private Limited is looking for an experienced Fundraising Professional / Investment Consultant / Fundraising Advisor who can help us secure ₹5 Crore to ₹10 Crore in investment/funding for our business expansion.

Funding Requirement

Target Funding: ₹5 Crore – ₹10 Crore

The funds will be utilised for business expansion, technology development, team building, legal infrastructure and scaling our financial-services and debt-settlement operations.

SUCCESS FEE: ₹20 LAKH

₹20,00,000 success fee will be paid upon successfully securing the targeted funding.

There is NO upfront fee and NO monthly retainer.

The success fee becomes payable only after the investment/funding is actually received by Marathe CredCare Private Limited, subject to mutually agreed terms.

- Angel investors

- Family offices
- Venture capital funds
- Private equity investors
- Strategic investors
- Financial institutions
- Startup/business funding networks

Your Role

- Identify suitable investors for Marathe CredCare Private Limited.
- Introduce the company to relevant investors.
- Coordinate investor meetings and discussions.
- Assist with fundraising strategy and investor outreach.
- Facilitate negotiations between the company and potential investors.
- Support the fundraising process until successful closure.

Ideal Candidate

You should have:

- Proven fundraising experience.
- Existing investor/HNI/family-office network.
- Experience raising ₹5 Crore+ for businesses.
- Strong understanding of investment structures and term sheets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Verifiable previous fundraising track record.

Important

This is a success-based opportunity.

We are not looking for lead sellers or generic investor databases. We are looking for a professional who can bring genuine, qualified investors and help close the funding transaction.

₹20 lakh is payable only on successful funding closure and receipt of funds.
