Inventory PDF Tables to Excel

I have a set of PDFs that hold my inventory information in neat, pre-formatted tables. I need every row and column transferred faithfully into an Excel workbook so I can filter, sort and run formulas without worrying about transcription errors.

Your task is straightforward but must be precise: extract each table exactly as it appears—item codes, descriptions, quantities, unit costs, totals—and place them into clearly labeled sheets inside one .xlsx file. Column headings must match the source, cell alignment and numeric formatting should remain consistent, and no data can be lost or merged.

I am fine with whichever workflow you prefer—manual typing, copy-paste cleanup, or an OCR tool such as Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY FineReader, or Power Query—so long as the final spreadsheet is clean, double-checked and ready for analysis. Spot-check totals and do a pass for obvious typos before sending the file back.

Deliverable:
