Inventory Data Entry in Sheets -- 2

I need a meticulous Google Sheets pro to transcribe product, inventory, and order information from a series of PDFs, supplier invoices, and a handful of scanned documents into one clean, well-structured spreadsheet. Everything arrives to you as digital files; none of it is yet in tabular form.

Here’s what matters most:
• Every line item from each document must be captured—SKU, description, quantities, cost, and any date or reference number that appears.
• Column formats must stay consistent (e.g., text vs. number vs. date) so I can run formulas and filters later without surprises.
• Obvious errors or duplications in the source material should be flagged in a separate “Notes” column rather than silently fixed. Accuracy beats speed.

You’ll receive a Google Drive folder containing all PDFs and scans plus a sample row so you can see the desired layout. When you’re done, simply share the finished Google Sheet back to me with editing rights.
