Interviews to YouTube Shorts

I’ve been recording long-form interview sessions that run between one and two hours each, and I now need the best moments extracted and repackaged as punchy vertical clips for YouTube Shorts (60 seconds max, 9:16, 1080×1920).
You’ll receive the full interview files and a short brief on the guests and topics. From there, your task is to identify the most share-worthy hooks, trim them cleanly, add engaging captions and light motion graphics, and return export-ready .mp4 files that I can upload without additional tweaking. Audio levelling, removal of dead air, and seamless jump-cuts that keep the energy high are essential.
When you reply, give me a detailed project proposal that outlines:
• Your approach to spotting the right hooks in long interviews
• The editing tools you prefer (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, etc.)
• Turnaround time per batch and how many Shorts you can deliver from a single 2-hour episode
• Revision policy and how you ensure brand consistency across videos
Attach or link to at least one example of a long interview you have successfully condensed into a high-engagement Short. Once we agree on the workflow, I’ll share the first raw recording so we can kick things off right away.
