I regularly interview with U.S. tech companies and need a polished communicator to own all written follow-ups once each conversation ends. Your main task will be to draft clear, engaging messages that keep the dialogue warm and professional—think timely thank-you notes, concise status check-ins, or well-phrased next-step proposals tailored to what was discussed on the call.

Here is what will make us a great fit:

• Spoken and written English that sounds natural to U.S. hiring managers.
• Reliable internet and the ability to be online at least five overlapping hours with Eastern Time so we can debrief interviews in real time.
• Basic familiarity with software-engineering or broader IT terminology; the more you can echo industry language, the faster the messages will resonate.
• Availability for a long-term, part-time engagement. I typically run several interviews per week, and consistency matters.

Compensation is hourly in the $15–$30 range with performance bonuses for securing next-round calls or offers.

Deliverable after each interview: a short, platform-appropriate follow-up message (email, LinkedIn, or ATS note) ready for my review within two hours of our debrief. I’ll share the recording or my notes, and you’ll turn them into a concise, on-brand message that highlights key talking points and subtly reinforces my fit for the role.

If you enjoy writing persuasive micro-copy, understand the rhythm of the U.S. hiring process, and can commit to quick turnarounds, I’d love to hear how you can help me stand out.
