Interstate Bed Suite Box Move

I have eight sealed boxes that make up a complete bed suite waiting in regional NSW and needing safe delivery to address in Victoria. boxes are fairly large, but help loading is available on either end of delivery and pickup.

Both the pickup and drop-off are floor level with straightforward driveway access—no stairs, lifts, or tight parking to worry about. Because everything is already flat-packed and sealed, loose mattresses, or awkward furniture pieces to wrap; the priority is simply loading, securing, transporting, and unloading the boxes without damage. One of the boxes is a mirror. Obviously all must be handled with care. All items are in original packaging so are packed well.

Please let me know:
• your earliest available pickup window
• how you protect heavy flat-pack freight in transit (blankets, straps, insurance, etc.)
• expected delivery timeframe from NSW to VIC
