I handle a regular flow of international orders and I’m looking for someone who can take the paperwork. Your core job will be twofold: first, own every piece of export documentation—commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, compliance notes—and keep a clean, searchable record of each file. Second, be the point of contact for our freight forwarders, customs brokers and last-mile carriers: chasing quotes, booking collections, confirming sailing dates, and following up on any hold-ups until the goods are cleared.

You’ll work mostly with cloud-based tools (Google Drive, Excel or Sheets, the portals of DHL, FedEx, UPS, plus whichever freight platforms we agree on). If you already know Incoterms, HS codes and basic customs requirements, you will hit the ground running, but I’m happy to share my current workflow so you can adapt quickly.

There’s no hard deadline—this is an ongoing collaboration rather than a rush task—so accuracy and clear communication matter more to me than speed. Success means error-free paperwork, on-time bookings, and proactive updates whenever a carrier or broker needs something. If that sounds like your kind of detail-oriented work, let’s talk.
