We are expanding our international operations and are looking for a motivated International Sales Representative or Business Development Specialist to help us acquire clients in international markets

This is an opportunity for someone who understands technology enjoys talking to business owners and knows how to turn prospects into customers

The Role

You will be responsible for identifying potential clients contacting businesses presenting Condertech solutions and helping close software development AI and SaaS projects

You will have the opportunity to sell solutions such as

AI agents and AI powered business systems

Custom SaaS platforms

CRM systems

E commerce platforms

Business automation

Websites and web applications

Mobile applications

Custom software development

AI integrations and API integrations

Internal business management systems

You do not need to be a developer However you must be comfortable learning technology and explaining technical solutions in a simple way to business owners and decision makers

Your Responsibilities

Find and qualify potential business clients

Prospect companies through LinkedIn email Freelancer Upwork and other channels

Contact potential clients and understand their business problems

Present Condertech technology solutions

Schedule and conduct sales meetings

Follow up with prospects

Handle objections and negotiate deals

Help move qualified opportunities toward contract signing

Maintain an organized sales pipeline

Communicate client requirements to our development team

Build long term relationships with clients

Identify opportunities for recurring services and SaaS solutions

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is proactive self motivated comfortable with cold outreach confident speaking with business owners good at identifying business problems able to explain technology in simple terms organized with follow ups results oriented comfortable working remotely interested in technology AI and SaaS and able to communicate professionally in English

Compensation

This is a commission based opportunity with the possibility of becoming a long term international sales partner

Commission is 10 percent of every successfully closed project

There is no fixed ceiling on earnings The more qualified projects you close the more you can earn

Our typical project values range from US$2,000 to US$20,000 or more depending on the scope and complexity of the project

Commission Examples

A US$2,000 project generates US$200 in commission

A US$5,000 project generates US$500 in commission

A US$10,000 project generates US$1,000 in commission

A US$20,000 project generates US$2,000 in commission

For strong performers we are open to discussing higher commission structures long term partnerships and recurring commissions for SaaS and ongoing services
