International Law Document Drafting and Research

I am looking for a reliable freelancer with a strong legal background to provide ongoing assistance with international law research, legal drafting, and related administrative/clerical work.
The work will vary from assignment to assignment and may include:
- Conducting legal and academic research on issues relating to public international law, international human rights law, international economic/trade law, environmental and climate law, and other areas of law.
- Locating and reviewing cases, treaties, legislation, UN documents, reports, journal articles, and other primary and secondary sources.
- Preparing concise research notes, summaries, case briefs, literature reviews, and background materials.
- Assisting with the drafting, proofreading, editing, formatting, and citation-checking of legal and academic documents, correspondence, reports, submissions, presentations, and similar materials.
- Performing legal clerical tasks such as organising sources, preparing bibliographies, checking citations and hyperlinks, compiling documents, cross-referencing materials, and maintaining research records.
- Occasionally assisting with general legal research or drafting outside international law.
I am looking for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, responsive, and comfortable working independently. Accuracy is particularly important: sources and citations must be genuine and verifiable, and the freelancer should never fabricate authorities or references.
A law degree or substantial legal education is strongly preferred. Prior experience with international law, academic/legal research, and citation systems such as OSCOLA or Bluebook would be an advantage.
This is potentially an ongoing engagement rather than a single assignment. Workload will vary depending on the projects underway, so I am particularly interested in developing a reliable long-term working relationship with the right person.
