International Freight Ops Coordinator

I need someone who can take full ownership of our international freight flow. You will keep shipment schedules up to date, talk daily with ocean and air carriers as well as our overseas suppliers, and assemble every document—from commercial invoice to bill of lading—so nothing is missing when the freight hits customs.

Because every move we make crosses borders, deep knowledge of current international shipping regulations and Incoterms is essential. You should already feel at home inside a modern freight-management platform such as CargoWise, Magaya, or similar: bookings, milestone tracking, KPI dashboards, and exception alerts all need to live there so the wider team sees one source of truth.

Deliverables
• Live, accurate schedule entered in the system
• Carrier and supplier communications logged with timestamps
• Complete document pack uploaded before departure/arrival
• Weekly summary report highlighting transit times, deviations, and any corrective actions taken
