**International Business Development Manager — Tessivio**

Tessivio is looking for a driven Business Development professional to acquire international clients and close projects for our website development, web applications, custom software and automation services.

**Responsibilities**
- Identify and approach potential clients in the USA, UK, Australia, Canada and other international markets.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking and other channels.
- Connect directly with business owners, startup founders and decision-makers.
- Identify client requirements and coordinate with our technical team to prepare proposals.
- Manage negotiations, follow-ups and close projects.
- Build long-term client relationships and generate repeat business.
- Develop partnerships with digital marketing, branding and web development agencies.
- Maintain a clear sales pipeline and report progress.

**Compensation**
- Fixed salary based on skills, experience and demonstrated sales capability.
- **20% commission on successfully closed projects**, subject to agreed commission terms.

**Ideal Candidate**
- Experience in B2B business development, preferably in IT services or software development.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Confidence in approaching international clients and conducting sales calls.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and comfortable working independently.
