Internal Staff Portal with ERP APIs

I want to consolidate our day-to-day operations into one secure, browser-based portal. The focus is internal staff management: every division should be able to log in, track tasks, chat in real time, submit or approve reports, share documents, and move smoothly through the full workflow without touching multiple systems.

The new portal must pull and push data to our existing ERP through well-structured REST or GraphQL APIs (whichever proves cleaner once we map the endpoints). Single sign-on against the ERP’s user directory is ideal so that staff keep just one set of credentials.

Key deliverables
• Responsive web application (desktop & mobile)
• Modules for task tracking, team communication, report creation/approval, and document sharing
• End-to-end workflow builder that lets each division map its own process steps
• Robust API layer fully connected to the ERP, with clear documentation
• Source code, deployment scripts, and a brief admin guide so we can maintain the system in-house

The project is complete when every module exchanges data flawlessly with the ERP and designated power users can configure workflows without developer help.
