Interior designer to update autocad, mep and drawings

I already have the base AutoCAD floor plans and architect-issued MEP drawings for a residential project in Qatar. Now I need the full technical design package that will let my contractor build exactly what we approved in the 3D renders.

Here’s the workflow I expect:

• Site survey: one on-site visit to verify every dimension against the existing drawings before any drafting begins.
• MEP coordination: update the power, lighting, plumbing, drainage, and HVAC diffuser layouts so they match the latest renderings and local code.
• Custom joinery & millwork: produce fully detailed shop drawings for cabinetry, built-ins, and decorative wall cladding, all in the approved modern aesthetic.
• BOQ & material schedule: an itemised list with descriptions, quantities, finishes, and manufacturer references ready for procurement.

Final deliverables must be issued as editable AutoCAD 2018 (or later) files plus clean PDFs suitable for on-site use.
