Looking for an experienced interior designer or boutique design studio to deliver a complete interior design and visualization package for a Ground + 1 (G+1) independent residential project located in Delhi, India. The goal is to create a cohesive, modern, and highly functional living space tailored to urban lifestyle requirements.
Scope of Services & Key Deliverables
Furniture & Space Planning Layouts
Detailed 2D furniture layout plans for both Ground Floor and First Floor.
Optimized spatial planning focusing on circulation, natural light, and storage.
Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCP)
Complete false ceiling designs showing drop levels, cove details, and curtain pockets.
Integrated architectural lighting layouts (ambient, task, and accent lighting).
Electrical & Lighting Layouts
Comprehensive electrical schematics matching furniture and ceiling layouts.
Precise placement of switchboards, power sockets, ambient fixtures, chandelier points, and AC conduit routing.
3D Architectural Renders
High-resolution, photorealistic 3D interior renders for key spaces:
Ground Floor: Foyer, primary living room, dining area, and kitchen.
First Floor: Bedrooms, family lounge, and stairwell transition.
Material, color palette, and texture suggestions visualized accurately in 3D.
Working & Execution Drawings
