I’m ready to move forward with the aesthetic development of the home’s main living areas—living room, kitchen, and dining room—and I want them to embody a clean, modern-minimal mood. Think light wood, soft neutral colours and natural stone used with intention and restraint.
What I need from you:
• Photorealistic 3D renderings that clearly convey spatial flow, furnishings, materials and lighting
• A concise finish schedule listing every surface, fixture and fitting specified
• Dimensional layouts (plans and elevations) accurate enough for my contractor to build from, including key millwork and built-in details
Workflow
We’ll begin with mood boards and a quick round of sketches so we’re aligned on the modern-minimal concept before you dive into modeling. After that, you’ll supply draft renders; I’ll give consolidated feedback, and we’ll refine once to reach final sign-off. All files should arrive in editable formats—SketchUp/Revit/3ds Max for models and PDF/DWG for drawings—plus high-resolution JPEGs or PNGs of the final visuals.
Acceptance criteria
• Materials and colours match the approved palette of light wood, neutral tones and natural stone
• Final renders show day and evening lighting scenarios
• Layouts annotate critical dimensions, clearances and material call-outs
If you’re comfortable owning both the creative vision and the technical documentation for a modern, minimal interior, I’d love to see your portfolio and discuss timing.
