Interior Architectural Abdullah

My residential build has moved into active construction and I need an architect who can guide the project smoothly through this execution stage. Drawings are already approved, the crew is on site, and questions pop up daily—so I’m looking for someone who can jump in now, protect the original design intent, and keep the work compliant with code and best practice.

You’ll liaise directly with my general contractor, review submittals, answer RFIs, and issue clarification sketches or detail sheets whenever field conditions shift. Prompt, clear communication is key; most questions need a same-day or next-day turnaround so the schedule doesn’t slip. Proficiency in AutoCAD (or Revit, if you prefer) is expected because revised sheets must drop straight into the existing CAD set.

Deliverables
• Weekly field-observation reports with annotated site photos
• On-demand clarification sketches or updated CAD/PDF sheets
• Timely written responses to contractor RFIs (24–48 h max)
