Interior 3D Visualizer

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Luxury Interior 3D Visualizer who can transform interior design concepts, technical drawings and material references into photorealistic, high-end visualisations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for luxury interiors and the ability to communicate quality through realistic materials, sophisticated lighting, accurate proportions and carefully composed views. Their work should help clients visualise the intended design before execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Luxury Interior Visualisation
• Create photorealistic 3D renders for premium residential and high-end commercial interiors.
• Visualise spaces such as living rooms, bedrooms, luxury kitchens, bathrooms, walk-in wardrobes and bespoke interiors.
• Translate approved floor plans, elevations, design concepts and reference images into accurate 3D models.
• Develop visually compelling camera angles and compositions that communicate the character and quality of each space.
• Maintain consistency with the approved design concept, layout and specifications.
2. Premium Materials & Detailing
• Accurately represent materials such as natural marble, premium stone, wood veneers, metallic finishes, glass, fabrics and textured surfaces.
• Create realistic reflections, surface textures, shadows and lighting behaviour.
• Visualise bespoke furniture, custom cabinetry, decorative lighting, wall panelling and architectural details.
• Demonstrate an understanding of how material combinations, colour palettes and lighting contribute to a luxurious atmosphere.
• Avoid overly glossy, artificial-looking or generic renders that misrepresent the intended design.
3. Lighting & Photorealistic Rendering
• Create realistic daylight and artificial-lighting scenarios.
• Produce balanced lighting, natural shadows, accurate reflections and convincing depth.
• Use appropriate rendering techniques to achieve a refined, editorial-quality finish.
• Maintain visual consistency across multiple views of the same project.
4. Project Coordination & Revisions
• Coordinate with the assigned designer or project lead to understand the brief and specifications.
• Identify missing dimensions, material information or design details before modelling.
• Incorporate agreed revisions within the defined scope and timeline.
• Deliver final high-resolution renders in the required formats.
• Provide editable 3D files when included in the agreed scope.
Required Skills
• Demonstrated expertise in 3D interior visualisation.
• A strong portfolio featuring photorealistic luxury residential or premium commercial interiors.
• Proficiency in software such as 3ds Max with Corona Renderer or V-Ray, SketchUp with a suitable rendering engine, or comparable professional tools.
• Strong understanding of materials, lighting, composition, perspective and interior proportions.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and follow design specifications accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet project deadlines.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
