I need a streamlined website that can host my webinars live and then make the replays instantly available in the same space. Visitors will register with their email address only—no social-media logins or guest viewing—so the system must handle account creation, confirmation, and reminder emails automatically. Each item that will be in the webinar will need to have information in the backend (There should be no more than 15 items, 1 of which may be a picture (or link to picture.) When the customer goes into a particular webinar, they will see the number of seats total, number of seats left (unsold) and a list of icons of all the seats. The sold ones should be greyed out and the available ones should be white. There should be a way to list the number of seats and have the display based on that number.
The site I am trying to replicate is https://igy6armory.com/webinar/
During each session I want participants to interact through an on-screen Q&A panel and/or take part in quick polls or surveys that I can launch in real time. At the end of every webinar a built-in lottery draw should randomly select one or more registered attendees and display the winners on screen. The draw must be transparent to the audience and export its results to a simple CSV for my records.
Key deliverables
• Responsive website (desktop & mobile) that streams live webinars and hosts recorded replays
• Secure email-based registration and login workflow
• Moderator dashboard with controls for Q&A, poll creation, and live lottery draw
• Attendee view featuring Q&A panel and pop-up polls without requiring page reloads
• Automated emails: signup confirmation, reminder, replay link, and winner notification
• Basic analytics (attendance count, poll results, engagement stats)
Acceptance criteria
1. Live stream tested with at least 50 simultaneous viewers without lag.
2. Lottery algorithm demonstrably fair (e.g., uses server-time seed and shows audit log).
3. Replay video available within 5 minutes of session end.
4. All emails reach major providers’ inbox (not spam) in test runs.
Feel free to use the framework or stack you’re most comfortable with—WordPress plugins, a custom React front end with WebRTC, or an all-in-one SaaS API—so long as the finished product is easy for me to maintain and brand. I’m ready to move quickly once I see a clear development plan and realistic timeline.
