I already have the pieces in hand—a .glb of the building, a photo of the surrounding landscape, and several reference shots that show exactly how the final scene should feel. Your task is to merge them into a single interactive 3D experience that I can place on a webpage.

The end result should open in any modern browser (think Three.js, Babylon.js, or a comparable WebGL framework) and let users orbit, pan, and zoom around the model. Please replicate the reference look as closely as possible:

• Textures & materials must read as photoreal, matching the colors and surface qualities in the images.
• Architecture and layout need to align precisely with the existing .glb geometry.
• Lighting and shadows, including sun angle and intensity, should reproduce the mood of the reference photos so a still frame taken from the viewer matches the sample render.

Deliverables
1. Optimized interactive 3D scene ready for direct deployment.
2. Source files (scene file or project folder) so I can make future tweaks.
3. One high-resolution still render from the same camera angle shown in the reference, demonstrating correct lighting.

If you have questions about scale, HDRIs, or sun positioning, let me know early so we can lock those details down. Looking forward to seeing the building come to life on the web.
