I run a live-scores mobile app that already covers the basics, yet session times and return visits are slipping. I need a seasoned UX specialist to turn passive scrollers into active, loyal fans through well-designed interactive features.

Here’s the flow I have in mind. First, audit the current experience—analytics, screen recordings, and user feedback are available for a quick dive. From that insight, map out moments where interaction will feel natural and rewarding. I’m open to ideas such as real-time chat around fixtures, lightweight in-app games, or smart, contextual push notifications; whichever routes your research shows will genuinely lift engagement.

Once the concepts are agreed, move into low- and high-fidelity wireframes, then an interactive prototype (Figma is preferred, but Sketch or Adobe XD work if that’s your wheelhouse). After a quick round of remote usability tests, we’ll lock in the visuals and you can hand over production-ready assets plus a concise interaction spec for my dev team.

Deliverables
• UX audit summary and opportunity map
• Engagement concept deck with rationale
• Wireframes and clickable prototype
• Final UI files and interaction guidelines

The app is built for iOS and Android in Flutter, so please keep cross-platform consistency in mind. If you’ve boosted engagement for any sports or live-content apps before, include a brief note—metrics or case studies are a bonus.

Let’s give fans a reason to tap, chat, and come back every day.
