Interactive Tree Detail Map

I have a set of GPS points (supplied as a map file or raw coordinates) for every tree on the site and want to turn it into an interactive map that not only shows where each tree stands but also surfaces rich information when a user clicks on a point.

For every tree marker the pop-up should display:
• age, current health, and general condition
• photos, notes, and its maintenance history

You may build this in ArcGIS Online, QGIS, Leaflet, Google Maps, or a similar web-friendly platform—whichever lets me export or embed the finished map easily and update data later.

Deliverables
• A fully functional interactive map published online or delivered as project files I can host myself
• The editable source (MXD/QGZ, HTML+JS, or equivalent) with clear layer styling and field mappings
• A brief walkthrough or screen share showing me how to add new trees or revise existing attributes
