Interactive Excel Data Visuals

I need an Excel sheet with interactive data visuals that update automatically as new data is manually entered.

This is a tracker, meant to show trends. I need columns for the following:
Employee Name
Manager Name
Coaching Date
Coaching Status (drop down with Completed, In Progress, Pending Follow-Up)
Follow-Up Date
Follow-Up status (drop down with Completed, In Progress, Pending, Overdue)
Notes

The visuals should include:

- Graphs (Bar charts, Line graphs, Pie charts) - Sheet 1
- Pivot Tables with clickable and filterable data based on the columns in the spreadsheet- Sheet 1
