Interactive Android Language Learning App

I’m ready to commission a full-featured language learning application that will launch first on Android. The app will help users master English, Hindi, and Marathi through bite-sized lessons, quizzes, and real-time progress tracking. Clear, modern UI/UX is crucial, and every lesson—basic through advanced—must be available offline so travellers and low-connectivity users stay engaged anywhere.

Core functionality
• Structured lesson paths with images, text, and short videos
• Instant quizzes that update a personalised progress dashboard
• Native-quality audio for every phrase plus speech-recognition feedback so learners can check their pronunciation
• Secure admin panel where I can upload, update, and reorder content without touching the code

Technical expectations
The build targets Android only for this phase, yet I’d like the architecture kept flexible for a later iOS port. Feel free to propose Flutter, React Native, or pure Android—whichever you excel in and can defend for performance and long-term maintainability. Integration with common speech and text-to-speech APIs (e.g., Google Speech, Azure Cognitive Services) is expected.
