I’m organizing a series of beginner-level English classes aimed squarely at academic success—think reading research papers, drafting simple essays, and understanding lecture language. All of the learners are starting from scratch, so clear pronunciation work, core grammar, and fast vocabulary building matter.

The classroom vibe I want is lively and practical: role-plays, quizzes, breakout-room debates, sticky-note brainstorming on Jamboard—anything that keeps students speaking and thinking in English rather than listening passively. If you already use tools such as Zoom annotation, Kahoot, Quizlet, or Google Classroom, that is exactly the energy I’m after.

Here’s what I need from you:
• A short diagnostic exercise on day one to map each student’s strengths and gaps
• A written lesson plan for every session, including at least one interactive task tied to an academic skill (e.g., summarising a text, forming research questions)
• Light weekly homework with clear rubrics so progress is visible to both students and me
• Monthly progress reports highlighting vocabulary growth, grammar accuracy, and confidence in speaking
