I’m building an ATX-sized motherboard around an Intel server-class processor and need an experienced hardware engineer to take the project from concept to production-ready files. The board’s primary mission is enterprise-grade stability with exceptionally high RAM capacity; every other decision—power topology, trace impedance, lane assignment—will revolve around squeezing the most memory channels and slots onto the platform while keeping signal integrity perfect at speed.

What I already have:
• Target CPU family and chipset chosen (Intel, NDA-protected)
• Preliminary power budget and mechanical constraints for a standard ATX enclosure

What I need from you:
1. Complete schematic capture, including CPU, PCH, VRMs, memory channels, PCIe lanes, and essential server I/O.
2. PCB stack-up and layout optimized for high-frequency DDR4/5, backed by simulation reports that prove eye-margin compliance.
3. Reference design for thermal solutions on VRMs and chipset.
4. Production-ready BOM with cost tiers and second-source options for critical parts.
5. Manufacturing documentation: Gerbers, ODB++, assembly drawings, and test plan.

Tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or KiCad are fine as long as you can supply the native project files plus neutral exports. Familiarity with Intel design guidelines, PCIe Gen4/5 routing, and server-class power design will be essential.

If you can also advise on optional features like multi-GPU or expanded I/O I’m open to hearing the trade-offs, but they remain secondary to delivering rock-solid, high-capacity memory support.

Please share examples of prior Intel-based server or workstation boards you’ve delivered and outline how you verify signal integrity before releasing to fabrication.
