I need a single, cohesive web application that lets me oversee every lead coming into the business while simultaneously keeping day-to-day staff activities under control.

For leads, the system must:
• capture each enquiry, show its current status at a glance, and let me update that status in real time;
• route new leads automatically to the right team member based on simple rules I can edit;
• produce clear, filterable reports so I always know conversion rates, pipeline value, and campaign performance.

For staff, I want:
• clock-in/clock-out or daily attendance inputs tied to each employee profile;
• task assignment with progress tracking so I can see who is doing what and when it’s due;
• a lightweight performance dashboard that pulls data from completed tasks and attendance to generate review notes.

The build should run smoothly on modern browsers, include secure role-based logins, and expose an API so I can hook it into my existing CRM later. A responsive interface (React, Vue, or similar) backed by a solid RESTful or GraphQL service (Node, Laravel, Django, etc.) is ideal, but I’m open to your proven stack as long as it is well-documented and easy for another developer to maintain.

Deliverables
1. Source code in a private repo with clear setup instructions
2. SQL or NoSQL schema scripts
3. Admin credentials for testing plus one demo user for each role
4. Short video or live demo walk-through
5. Deployment guide so I can move the app to my own server or a cloud instance

I will review against the feature list above, clean UI/UX, bug-free operation, and code readability. If something here is unclear, ask before you build—I’ll respond quickly so we hit the ground running.
