Integrate Dispatch & Invoicing

Our web app is nearly ready, but the dispatch module and the invoicing module still act like strangers. I need the two connected so that once a job is dispatched and marked complete, its service details, dates, and quantities flow straight into an invoice record. Staff must still be able to open that record, review it, and press “create invoice” manually—no fully automatic billing.
The core of the job is to wire up that data hand-off, finish any screens or endpoints that piece relies on, and then run a full end-to-end test with our customer to prove it works in the real world.
Deliverables
• Functional link between dispatch and invoice tables/APIs
• Review screen where staff confirm and send the invoice
• Successful joint test with the customer covering at least one live dispatch-to-invoice cycle
• Brief hand-over notes so my team can maintain the code
Most of the groundwork is in place; I simply need someone comfortable diving into an existing codebase, tightening the bolts, and seeing the process through to final sign-off.
