Intake Coordinator - Behavioral Health - Remote (Must Reside in NM or TX)

Presbyterian Medical Services (PMS) is seeking a dedicated Remote Behavioral Health Intake Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking behavioral health services.
In this role, you will conduct comprehensive psychosocial and diagnostic assessments, provide crisis intervention, coordinate referrals, and connect clients with appropriate treatment and community resources. Your clinical expertise will play a vital role in ensuring individuals receive timely access to quality behavioral health care and support.
This position is designed for independently licensed mental health professionals who enjoy combining assessment, crisis intervention, care coordination, and client advocacy. You will work closely with clients, families, providers, and community partners to assess needs, establish medical necessity, coordinate services, and support continuity of care.
