I need a detail-oriented billing professional to take already coded encounters and move them smoothly through insurance claims processing and Medicaid billing. All coding is complete on my end, so your focus will be the lifecycle that starts with claim creation and ends with confirmed payment or denial resolution.
Day-to-day, you will log in to my billing platform, submit claims to the appropriate payers, track their status, and work any rejections until they are fully resolved. Clear, concise follow-up and accurate documentation inside the system are essential so my internal team can see real-time progress. Experience with common clearinghouses, payer portals, and Medicaid web tools will make the ramp-up fast.
Deliverables for each weekly cycle:
• All eligible private-insurance and Medicaid claims submitted
• Denial and rejection work reports with next actions noted
• Payment posting summaries once remittances arrive
No coding edits are required—just precise, timely billing execution and transparent communication.
