Institutional Investor Referral Broker Needed

I’m gearing up for my company’s first institutional raise and need a well-connected intermediary who can open doors to venture capital and private equity funds, banks or other lending institutions, and family offices or investment funds. We are still early-stage—with a working prototype, initial customers, and solid market validation—so I’m specifically targeting equity investment in exchange for ownership rather than debt or project-specific capital.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Warm, qualified introductions to decision-makers at those institutions
• Guidance on positioning and structuring the opportunity to suit each investor’s mandate
• Coordination of initial calls, information requests, and follow-up until a formal term sheet is on the table

To keep things clean, we’ll track progress in a shared deal sheet listing every investor approached, contact status, and next actions. Success will ultimately be measured by the number of serious conversations that advance to due diligence and, ideally, a closed equity round.
