Install & Monitor CCTV Remotely

I need a single specialist who can handle the full cycle of a CCTV project for a facility in Colombia: first, commission the entire camera system on-site, then assume ongoing remote surveillance every Sunday.

Scope of work
• Complete, on-site installation and configuration of a reliable multi-camera system (networking, storage, and remote-access setup included).
• Weekly live monitoring only on Sundays, 08:30-17:30 IST (≈ 00:00-09:00 local Colombia time), totalling about 39 hours each month.
• Immediate WhatsApp alerts the moment a breach, safety issue, or anomaly is spotted, followed by a concise incident report.
• Smooth hand-off documentation so another operator could step in if needed.

What I need from you right now
Please send a detailed project proposal outlining the equipment you recommend, installation timeline, the remote-monitoring workflow you will follow, and any similar deployments you have completed.
