Install Curtain Pole On Brick Wall

I need someone to drill and fix my existing curtain pole and its brackets into a solid brick wall. The pole is already the right length for the window,. The pole is attached to a wooden plynth that is pulling away from the concrete wall

Please bring suitable masonry tools, wall plugs, screws and a spirit level. I’d like the brackets aligned evenly, the pole sitting perfectly level, and all dust cleared away once the drilling is done.
